Ming Tsai is an American restaurateur, television personality and chef well known as the founder of Tsai Restaurants focusing on east-west fusion cuisine.
He is the author of five cookbooks: Blue Ginger, Simply Ming, Ming’s Master Recipes, Simply Ming: One-Pot Meals and Simply Ming in Your Kitchen.
